I love to share my joy for movement and the empowering benefits of massage therapy… especially in teaching you how to self-treat using therapy balls for myofascial release.
I love the community we create by coming together for these classes. Rewarding beyond measure.
My passion in teaching is to provide clear guidance that encourages and supports you in tuning in to your body and moving in ways that help you to feel your best. I focus on teaching the biomechanics of functional movement patterns, corrective exercises, and simple techniques to clear held stress and tension while gaining strength, mobility and flexibility. Most importantly, I aim to create an environment where learning these things feels very do-able, enjoyable and refreshing!
Classes are held at my studio office in Palos Heights, unless otherwise noted.
Please see the CLASS SCHEDULE to register online for all classes. Classes are $20 for a drop-in, or $60 for 4-classes, unless noted otherwise. No need to pre-pay… If you prefer to pay by credit card, you can do so HERE.
Otherwise, please register online and pay in person. ( cash, check or Zelle).

A gentle wind-down… We use therapy balls for self-myofascial release, along with stretching and gentle muscle engagement to bring relief and help you to fully relax.
