I love to share my joy for movement that is natural to our amazing bodies and the empowering benefits of myofascial trigger point therapy.
It is rewarding beyond measure for me to be able to share what I have learned with you. I feel incredibly blessed to be able to help the people that come to me for care and for everyone that becomes a part of the group class community. I love spending time with you! Without fail, every class seems to have the right blend of relaxation, laughter, learning & the joy of community.
My passion in teaching is to provide clear guidance that encourages and supports you in tuning in to your body and moving in ways that help you to feel your best. I focus on teaching the biomechanics of alignment in functional movement patterns, corrective exercises, and simple techniques to clear held stress and tension while gaining strength, mobility and flexibility. Most importantly, I aim to create an environment where learning these things feels very do-able, enjoyable and refreshing!

Exercise that feels refreshing! My classes focus on myofascial release and relaxation along with enhanced mobility and flexibility. I teach the biomechanics of alignment in functional movement patterns and show you how to self treat myofascial trigger points using therapy balls.
These classes are ideal as recovery in balance with strength training and conditioning, as well as providing a foundation for all other physical activity.

Classes are $20 for a drop-in, or $150 for a 10-class package. Workshops are $30 ( or 2 class credits from your class package).
Please register online and pay in person. Cash, check, & Zelle accepted.

Join us for a beautiful natural recharge… Group hikes are offered once or twice monthly… special focus workshops are offered once per month & I teach outside on Tuesday mornings during the summer.
